Pumpkin Patch

A couple weeks ago we got to go to the pumpkin patch with some other mommies. I don't really have any friends that have kids so it was a nice treat to be around other mommies. Thanks Trista and Jack for inviting us. Sophie loved it.

Just so you all know......... this nose up face she always has on her now...that's her happy smile!!!

It has been way too long since I've updated everything on here. It's been a ruff couple of weeks. My computer got a stupid virus and just anihilated everything. Thank the Lord I found someone to retrieve all my stuff off the hard drive. ALL of my pictures of Sophie were on there and I was just a mess thinking that I may loose them all. So the computer is back in action and so am I. I have lots to post and lots to update you on.

Oh where to begin.... Sophie is just growing up way too fast. She is now sitting up on her own. It's so cute. She still falls over and gets off balance once in awhile, but she loves her new found freedom. She has just started to crawl. She wiggles that little bubble butt and takes off. Sometime she gets lazy and does a commando crawl instead. It's really funny. I will get some video for you to see. She is finally starting to get some hair on that cute bald head of hers. Not much, but it's something.

We just took her camping for the first time. We actually took her and the dog. What a great idea Amanda. Well I guess it wasn't that bad, but very tiring. We went up to Big Bear with a group of people. It got down into the low 30's at night and we were tent camping. I know it sounds crazy but we did it and we all survived. Everything was fine except for at night when Sophie decided she didn't want to sleep at all. We will definitely be going again, but not until it's warmer. Sammy loved it. She got to roll in the dirt, chase other dogs, run free, go hiking, play football with the guys, and sleep on our feet to keep us warm.

Sophia really does not like her veggies, other than sweet potatoes that is. In this video you will see what she does with it instead. She actually took the bowl away from me and dumped it out. Unfortunately I did not catch that on camera.

I love my walker!!!

So we got her this walker and it is so funny to see her already understand the whole walking concept. She chases Sammy all over the house.
