Weekend in Havasu

We spent the weekend in Havasu with some friends this weekend and had a great time. Sophie loved it. It was a little tense at times, having a baby on a boat and around the water, but overall she was great. She even slept for awhile on the boat, as you will see in a picture below. (the one where it just looks like a bunch of towels, it's actually Sophie sleeping) haha

It's so funny to see how excited Sophie gets when Daddy gets home from work. Every time, she stops what ever she is doing and runs to him, smiling and screaming. Too cute for words.

Easter Day

We had a wonderful Easter Day. It started out with Michael and I going into her room and whispering Happy Easter to her as she was waking up. Then we came down stairs and let her attack her Easter Basket. Next was breakfast and coloring eggs, which she watched and we colored. They didn't look very good, maybe next years will be better. Then we went down to our new park for an Easter Egg Hunt with some of the other kids from the neighborhood. Michael's family came over for Easter dinner and we all hung out and let Sophie play with her new toys. It was like Xmas all over again.
All in all it was a great day and today we are all recovering from it!!
